Initiate Your Request
Log in to your MyPreSonus account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Request Return' option for the specific item.
Print Shipping Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form will be sent to your registered email address.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, and include the printed RMA form inside the box.
Receive Refund or Credit
After our technicians inspect the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
